This is a safe, private community for any woman on the quest for healing after betrayal, abuse, and sexual harm. My prayer is this site will continue to grow and become a safe refuge for many. You can be an instrumental part of that safety. As sexual betrayal and sexual abuse grows to epidemic proportions in our culture, I hope we can join forces and stand in the gap for others even as we limp along towards our own healing.
May we stay together and be a light and lifeline to those still being tossed about in the waves.
Feel free to poke around the site and read the stories and posts of other women. When you feel safe enough here, please start up a new discussion or share your own story as a blog. No matter how your story reads, it can be used for God's glory. Other women will hear an echo of their own pain and sorrow in your recounting, and doors will begin to open for them. The light of Truth shines in on someone else's darkness, and suddenly moving forward seems possible.
We have no idea what God will do with just a few sentences!
How to post content on this site
When you feel ready to post your own content, just choose either the BLOG or DISCUSSION tab and click the + Add icon in the upper right hand corner.
Feel free to change your profile info at any time or use a nickname if that makes you feel safer about sharing.
Remember to be considerate of other traumatized women as you choose how much detail to share.
I will gladly and swiftly remove any content that is overly vulgar, cruel, or in any other way inappropriate.
